Best Western Annesley House Hotel, Norwich

The hotel was spotless and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay with a big bed and spacious bathroom. However, the room could get really hot, and there was some noise from the room above us. The staff were professional and friendly, always welcoming and accommodating even during busy periods. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center, with friendly staff making it easy to find. The dining experience was fantastic with exceptional kitchen staff, although some light meals were disappointing. The facilities were good, with a lovely stay overall.

The hotel had lovely rooms, a bit noisy at times but very clean with nice amenities. However, the check-in caused a bit of a panic as the room wasn't ready until after 3 pm. The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff, although they had a minor oversight in providing requested items. The location was central, making it easy to access the town, but it was a bit out of the way for walking to the main tourist center.
